Bread filled with garlic and grated Joy

INGREDIENTS
- Wholemeal bread of your choice
- 1 bag of grated Joy
- 100 g vegetable butter or margarine
- 20 g parsley
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
RECIPE
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare the bread by making slits in the top (deep enough, but not too deep, so that you can fill it without it tearing).
Melt the vegetable butter or margarine in the microwave or in a pan. Chop the parsley and rosemary.
In a bowl, add the melted butter with the chopped parsley, rosemary, salt and pepper. Crush the garlic cloves and mix well.
Brush the inside of the bread with half of this mixture, then fill with grated Joy.
Then brush the top of the bread with the rest of the melted butter mixture, and sprinkle with extra chopped parsley if you like.
Carefully wrap the whole loaf in foil and place on the baking sheet. Bake for +/- 30 minutes (depending on the size of the bread).
After removing from the oven, carefully unroll the foil and serve.
