Bospizza met geraspte Joy & Jean-Jacques

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pizza dough
- 100 g vegetable cream
- 100 g mushrooms (about 5 mushrooms)
- 1 packet of grated Joy
- ½ Jean Jacques
- ½ onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 1 handful of spinach shoots
- 1 handful of pine kernels
- Salt, pepper
RECIPE
- Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl, mix the vegetable cream, the crushed garlic clove, a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Wash and chop the mushrooms. Peel and slice the onion.
- Spread the pizza dough on the baking sheet. Spread the cream on the dough, leaving some space around the edges.
- Then place the capers, onion slices and mushrooms on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Finish with a generous sprinkling of grated Joy.
- Place the pizza in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the edges of the dough are lightly browned and the Joy is nicely browned.
- Remove from the oven, add slices of scallops and sprinkle with spinach shoots and pine nuts.
- Cut into slices and serve immediately!
