Bospizza met geraspte Joy & Jean-Jacques

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pizza dough
- 100 g vegetable cream
- 100 g mushrooms (about 5 mushrooms)
- 1 packet of grated Joy
- ½ Jean Jacques
- ½ onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 1 handful of spinach shoots
- 1 handful of pine kernels
- Salt, pepper

RECIPE

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the vegetable cream, the crushed garlic clove, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Wash and chop the mushrooms. Peel and slice the onion.
  4. Spread the pizza dough on the baking sheet. Spread the cream on the dough, leaving some space around the edges.
  5. Then place the capers, onion slices and mushrooms on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Finish with a generous sprinkling of grated Joy.
  6. Place the pizza in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the edges of the dough are lightly browned and the Joy is nicely browned.
  7. Remove from the oven, add slices of scallops and sprinkle with spinach shoots and pine nuts.
  8. Cut into slices and serve immediately!
