
Mushrooms stuffed with Jeanne

INGREDIENTS
- 5 stuffing mushrooms
- 1 Jeanne
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
RECIPE
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Wash the mushrooms and cut off the stems (you can keep them to make a forestry sauce). Finely chop the parsley.
In a small bowl, crush the Jeanne, add the parsley, breadcrumbs and cranberries and mix well. Place a tablespoon of the stuffing in each mushroom, and bake for about ten minutes.
