When will I receive my order?
🇪🇺 QUAND VAIS-JE RECEVOIR MA COMMANDE JAY&JOY ? :
Notre service de ramassage a lieu tous les jours excepté le lundi, samedi et dimanche.
Cela signifie que :
• Pour les commandes faites entre vendredi et lundi, l'expédition sera effectuée le mardi à 12h.
⚠️ Comptez ensuite 24h à 48h de transport. Notez cependant que votre commande peut partir au prochain ramassage, selon nos stocks disponibles. Sachez également que nous nous octroyons un délai maximum de 9 jours ouvrés entre la prise de commande sur notre site, et l'arrivée du colis à votre domicile (ou autre).
La livraison à domicile :
Un livreur viendra personnellement vous remettre votre colis.
Vous êtes invité.e.s à vérifier l'état apparent de votre colis et des produits à la livraison. En cas de dommage ou de perte liée au transport de marchandises, il vous appartient de formuler toutes observations ou réserves, voire de refuser le(s) produit(s) concerné(s) en précisant le motif sur le bon de livraison.

Your Jay&Joy does not seem to be visually functional. We let you take a picture and send it to ecommerce@jay-joy.com. After analysis by us, you will either receive a credit note or a new order as soon as possible!
Your Jay&Joy's are visually beautiful but you didn't like them. Unfortunately, and in accordance with article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Codeyou do not have a right of withdrawal to return your order, due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products.
Please do not hesitate to give us your feedback, we are always looking for improvement!

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for delivery. Please note that your order can be shipped at the next pick-up, depending on our available stocks. Please also note that we allow a maximum of 9 working days between the order being placed on our website and the arrival of the parcel at your home (or other).
Home delivery:
A delivery person will personally come and hand over your package.
You are invited to check the apparent condition of your package and the products upon delivery. In the event of damage or loss due to the transport of goods, it is up to you to make any observations or reservations, or even to refuse the product(s) concerned by specifying the reason on the delivery note.
