As much as I was delighted with the other three fauxmages, I didn't like this one.
No taste, does not melt under the grill, does not give a nice texture.
I will therefore pass on this one in favour of the others.

A product that needs to be used with ease

Joy Râpé is an alternative to traditional grated cheese, so by definition the taste is different. I used it on a codfish brandade and it was a delight. In a pumpkin soup too. The traditional uses of grated cheese and melted preparations are not obvious. A very nice discovery however and I intend to continue as I am very motivated by the replacement of dairy products by vegetable products :)!
