Sweet potato toast with Jil and redcurrants

INGREDIENTS
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 sprig of thyme
- a few redcurrants
- 1 log of Jil

RECIPE
Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash sweet potato well and cut into slices. Wash the sweet potato well and cut into slices.
Place in a small bowl and pour in the olive oil, garlic, salt and thyme. Mix well.
Place the slices on a foil-lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut slices of Jil. When the sweet potato slices are cooked, place a piece of Jil on each one, and add a few currants.Serve while still warm.
